(02) — Philosophy

Twenty-four rooms, one front door and no detail too small to matter.

Casalin is a restored 1908 townhouse in Príncipe Real, run by twelve people who know every guest by name on the second morning. We kept the stone, the shutters and the oak floors, and added only what makes sleep, light and quiet better.

Knows which tram is quiet at nine and which table at Tasca do Chico is yours.

Head of housekeeping

Léa Moreau

Irons every pillowcase twice and keeps a ledger of how each guest likes their room.

Chef, morning kitchen
